GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: This lesson will teach the students how to be involved in designing a personal fitness program at the same time as participating in one. The students will learn how to use their personal information in writing a short term fitness plan and a long term fitness plan. The students will be involved in the learning and teaching process in all phases of this fitness lesson.

REFLECTION: This unit allows students to enhance their knowledge for a lifetime of well being. It is very important that students learn why they are exercising and the effects it has on their personal well being. This unit has been very well received in the past, and with the technology changes it is thought that the learning experiences will be greatly enhanced.
