ExerTrac LAB - START-UP

 

  1. Click on Wellness Center Icon on the Desktop (apple).
  2. CLICK on ExerTrac button
  3. Login Box will appear - CLICK on NEW USER
  4. Login BOX - Student Data
    1. Your School ID Number
    2. Password - something you can remember
    3. Confirm Password (re-type the same password)
    4. First Name
    5. Last Name
    6. Gender
    7. Height (In Inches) use a NUMBER ONLY (Click Height Chart to convert feet to inches).
    8. Weight
    9. DOB (date of birth)
    10. Teachers Name – Locate your teacher
    11. Period
    12. Year Of (graduating year)
  5. PRESS GO
  6. NEXT Screen will be your ExerTrac Student home page.
  7. Add an ExerTrac Session
