Lesson Title: Body Weight Pre/Post Test

GOALS and OBJECTIVES:
TSW evaluate his/her own body weight using the TriFIT.
TSW participate in a fitness program recommended by TriFIT "Programs" to get to a healthy and appropriate weight.
TSW use this information to make lifestyle changes.
ACTIVITIES and PROCEDURES:
Body weight pretest.
Regular Fitness unit.
Body Weight Post-test.
RATIONALE:
Exhibits a physically active lifestyle.
(NASPE standard 3)
REFLECTION: I hope to help students make changes in their eating and exercise habits in order to improve their health. I want students to know and utilize safe ways of weight management and loss.
